MAXIMUMBOXING.COM is an Online Community which allows our registered members to set up personal profiles. MAXIMUMBOXING.COM offers its members unique capabilities within its site such as chatting with other members, posting blogs and comments, setting up fights, and searching other members. Members of MAXIMUMBOXING.COM can email, and instant message other members, along with download photos, videos, and display personal information about themselves which is unique to other users. all information by the user can be modified, deleted, or expanded by the user at any time. the Profile section of the site and all its contents are subject to monitoring and/or approval by an administrator which may modify, and or delete any information, photo, or video which they deem inappropriate to its users. Nudity is strictly prohibited.
In order to register with MAXIMUMBOXING.COM, the user must submit their email address so their service can verify the user. Once a user is verified and is able to creat a profile, other information pertinent to the profile will be collected by the service such as name, age, interests, training, Etc. This information is needed to ensure an accurate ability for the service to search other users within its site.
MAXIMUMBOXING.COM offers its members a unique capability within its site that allows for another user to request, solicit, or invite another user to fight, promote a fight, or be promoted. MAXIMUMBOXING.COM is not responsible for these activities or the results therein, that which the user may accept at any time and MAXIMUMBOXING.COM or any of its representatives will not ever contribute to the event or events which may take place as a result of the users.
The Members of this site are able to post blogs, chat, form user groups, etc through a forum that is seperate and requires a Username and Password which can be the same or different from the profile section, but does not require an email address to be supplied to the server. The information in this section is subject to strict monitoring from an Administrator which reserves th right to delete any information they may deem inappropriate to the site, or its members and can subsequently suspend and/or delete any user from the site indefinetely. Users of this site can offer advice on specific areas of interest to the suers which are not necessarily endorsed by MAXIMUMBOXING.COM.
MAXIMUMBOXING.COM has the ability to collect information which is hidden in its site that allows the service to monitor site traffic, whcih can then be shared with third parties for advertising on the site.
MAXIMUMBOXING.COM may contain links and/or advertisements within its site but is not responsible for the policies on the other sites. Our Privacy Policy is unique to MAXIMUMBOXING.COM and therefore it is suggested one should read another sites Term os use, Agreements, and Privacy Pllicies when using another site.
At time MAXIMUMBOXING.COM will send out emails, newsletters, and/or promotions to its users via a representative. If a user does not want to receive this information, they must submit an email to a representative and will subsequently be taken off the email list. A member may be reinstated at any time.
MAXIMUMBOXING.COM reserves the right to use information gathered by the server on the site of its users to solicit third party advertisers such as the sites traffic flow.
The security of the users information is dependant upon the users personal security password. It is imperative that the user retain this password only to themself to prevent an unauthorized user from changing and/or using their information for their own benefit. Due to this, MAXIMUMBOXING.COM cannot solely guarantee the security of its members account information. MAXIMUMBOXING.COM will never ask for a members password and/or personal information. If this or any other information that is challenged by the user, it is recommended the user immediately contact the representatives of the service. Information that is persoanl to the user will never be disclosed to a third party unless it is subject to a legal proceeding, the protection of the service, or the safety of a user or number users of the site. All changes to the privacy Policy/ Terms of Agreement will be posted within the site from the date at which it is effective along with an email from its representatives |
